Important Information

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals please visit: offroadadventuresnc.
  • Guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsman's Lodge in the event there is a wedding or other private party.

Policies and Rules

  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend. However, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsman's Lodge.
  • Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.).
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains are recommended during winter (Nov–March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Fees and Payments

  • This property is pet friendly for a single mature, well-trained dog. Pet fee is $25 per night plus taxes. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
  • All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the facilities and features in the development.
  • Firewood for the outdoor fireplace and firepit may be added at the time of booking, or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a fire starter for $25 per night.
  • Vineyard: Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each. HOURS: Thur & Fri 4pm–10pm. Sat & Sun 1pm–7pm. All visitors at the winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests; there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled within 59 days of the arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking

  • Free parking is available at the property.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
  • All BRMR homes offer well-stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. Hair dryers are not provided. Towels and linens are provided.
  • The home includes amenities such as: towels, bed linens, climate control, cooking basics, high-speed internet, clothes washing machine, clothes dryer, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, hot tub, balcony, and free parking.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are provided.

Construction and Noise

  • Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am–7pm Monday through Saturday.
